What We Do
We Build the Machine Your Process Needs
If off-the-shelf machinery does not fit the product, we design around the product — not the other way round.
How we approach a build
Some customers need a machine off our rigid box line. Others need something that does not exist yet. We handle both, and the conversation starts the same way — with what you are producing.
Our rigid box line covers the full process, from cutting grooves in greyboard through to pressing the last bubble out of a finished box. Those six machines are proven, in production, and can be supplied individually or as a complete line.
Beyond that line we develop Special Purpose Machines: equipment designed around a specific product, format or output where off-the-shelf machinery does not fit. That work also covers conveyor systems to link a floor together, winding and rewinding machines, plastic pipe cutting and rebuilds of machines already in service.
Every project begins with drawings. You see the design and the engineering intent before a single component is cut, which is the cheapest possible moment to change your mind.

Our Expertise
Seven Areas We Build In
From a complete rigid box production line to one-off machines designed around a single product.
-
Premium Rigid Box Line
A complete line for luxury rigid box production — grooving, corner pasting, cover gluing, forming and pressing, supplied as single machines or as a full line.
-
Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
Custom automation developed around your process when off-the-shelf machinery does not fit the product, the format or the output you need.
-
Conveyor Systems
Inspection, slat, screw and modular conveyor belts, built to suit your floor layout and to link machines into a continuous line.
-
Customised Machinery Solutions
Existing machines adapted, extended or rebuilt to match the product you are running, rather than changing your packaging to suit the machine.
-
Winding & Rewinding Machines
Reliable winding and rewinding equipment engineered for steady tension and repeatable output run after run.
-
Plastic Pipe Cutting Machines
Clean, accurate pipe cutting with consistent lengths and minimal material waste.
-
Design & Drawing Consultation
Engineering drawings and design guidance before manufacturing begins, so the machine is right before it is built.

Common Questions
Before You Get in Touch
Can you build a machine for a product not in your range?
Yes. Special Purpose Machine development is one of our main areas. If off-the-shelf machinery does not fit your product, format or output, we design and build around your process instead.
Do I see drawings before manufacturing starts?
Yes. Design and drawing consultation comes first — engineering drawings and design guidance before a single component is cut, so the machine is right before it is built.
What board and paper can the machines handle?
Greyboard, MDF sheet and cover paper. Paper width runs 80 to 800 mm at 80 to 180 gsm, and board grooving thickness 1 to 5 mm. Full ranges are in the capability table above.
What happens if a machine has a problem?
Call us any time — support runs 24×7. Most issues are solved on an instant video call so we can see the fault in real time. If it cannot be fixed remotely, a qualified engineer is at your site the very next day.
Do you install the machine and train operators?
Yes. We install on your floor and train your operators until they are confident running the line themselves.
Can I see a machine running before I buy?
Yes. Machines are assembled and tested at our workshop in Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara, and clients are welcome to visit and see one running before committing.
Have a process that needs a machine?
Send us your product details and output target — we will tell you what it takes to build it.
